Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Ingredients for fish:
  • 1 pound skinless boneless salmon ((about 500g) cut into 1/2 inch slices)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoon of tapioca starch
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon grated ginger
  • 4 Tablespoon black vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon oyster sauce

Instruction

  • In a Ziploc bag, season salmon slices with salt and pepper. Add in tapioca starch and shake the bag to coat. Place the salmon in the fryer basket lined with a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil. Air fry at 400F (200C) for about 6-7 minutes, flip once in the middle.
  • In the meantime, stir fry the garlic in olive oil in a saucepan for about one minute. Then, add in the rest of the sauce ingredients and stir constantly until it thickens. When the air frying is complete, toss the salmon in the sauce.
