Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 lb frozen Casa Meatballs
- 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks in juice, reserve 1/2 cup juice
- 2 medium bell peppers (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 9oz jar sweet and sour sauce
Instruction
- Place meatballs, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and onion into the crockpot.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce and reserved pineapple juice. Pour over meatballs and mix together. Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours.
