- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil, (plus more as needed)
- 1 red bell pepper, (cut into chunks)
- 1 green pepper, (cut into chunks)
- 1 medium, yellow onion, (cut into chunks)
- 1 8-oz. can pineapple chunks, (drained)
