Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups watermelon rinds (skin cut off, julienned)
  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon organic sugar

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
