Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 4 – 6 turkey legs (about 3 – 5 pounds (the number depends on how many people you are feeding))
  • salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Instruction

  • Pat and dry the turkey legs, then season with salt and fresh ground pepper.  Set aside.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the homemade BBQ sauce.  Separate the sauce into 2 bowls, use half for basting while grilling, and use the rest for dipping at dinner time!  Set aside.
