Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 4 – 6 turkey legs (about 3 – 5 pounds (the number depends on how many people you are feeding))
- salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Instruction
- Pat and dry the turkey legs, then season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Set aside.
- Mix together the ingredients for the homemade BBQ sauce. Separate the sauce into 2 bowls, use half for basting while grilling, and use the rest for dipping at dinner time! Set aside.
