The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 (1.5-lb) pork tenderloin, ( silverskin removed)
- 5 to 6 slices bacon, (uncooked)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and top with cooking rack.
- In a shallow dish, combine brown sugar and chili powder.
- Wrap bacon around pork tenderloin, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Coat bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with the brown sugar and chili powder mixture. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to crips up bacon, if desired.
