Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 whole-grain English muffins (I love the high-fiber whole-grain muffins for a nutrition boost)
- 4 tbsp pizza sauce
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded from the block for best taste)
- 6 slices uncured pepperoni (chopped. You can also use turkey pepperoni, if desired.)
- 2 tbsp bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp mushrooms (finely chopped)
- Italian seasoning (to taste)
Instruction
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Split the English muffins in half, lightly spray with olive oil spray, and air fry for 2 minutes to lightly toast.
- Remove the muffins from the air fryer and top each half with a tablespoon of pizza sauce.
- Next, top with cheese and remaining toppings.
- Air fry 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and toppings are cooked. Work in batches, if needed, depending on the size of your air fryer basket.
