The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 raw eggs
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 4-8 ounces kefir or raw goat milk yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sprouted almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup ice
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well incorporated. Drink immediately.
