The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 raw eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 4-8 ounces kefir or raw goat milk yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sprouted almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well incorporated. Drink immediately.
