Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 3 cups diced mango
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons finely minced ginger root
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instruction
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Set over medium-low heat and cook, covered, for 30 minutes. Store in a sealed container.
