Ingredients
The following ingredients have 35 Servings
- 500 g ground/minced beef
- 100 g pepperoni (finely diced)
- +/- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- In a bowl, mix the ground/mince meat, pepperoni, salt and pepper.
- Squeeze small balls of the meat mixture together. I find this technique works better than rolling them. The meat binds together firmly.
- Place on an oiled baking tray, or line with non stick parchment.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 10-15 minutes.
- They may need turning once during cooking so the pepperoni bites brown evenly on all sides.
