Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 large flatbreads
  • 1 tablespoons salted butter* (, melted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Baste generously with melted butter.
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over each flatbread.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until sugar is browned and bubbly.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until is reaches a drizzle-able consistency.
  • Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over flatbreads or serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
  • Cut into thin slices. Eat while hot or room temperature.
