Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 large flatbreads
- 1 tablespoons salted butter* (, melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Baste generously with melted butter.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over each flatbread.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until sugar is browned and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until is reaches a drizzle-able consistency.
- Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over flatbreads or serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
- Cut into thin slices. Eat while hot or room temperature.
