Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Cake Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks or Chips
- 4 Tablespoons Butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream or Milk
- 1 cup Chocolate Covered Pretzels
- 1 cup M & M's
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla.
- Stir in flour, cake flour, cocoa, and salt until mixed together.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into 8 x 8 pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 18-24 minutes.
- Let cool.
- To make frosting:
- Cream butter until light and fluffy. Stir in cocoa, powdered sugar, and cream. Spread on top of cooled brownies.
- Top with chocolate covered pretzels and M & M's.
