Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cake Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks or Chips
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream or Milk
  • 1 cup Chocolate Covered Pretzels
  • 1 cup M & M's

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla.
  • Stir in flour, cake flour, cocoa, and salt until mixed together.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour into 8 x 8 pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 18-24 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • To make frosting:
  • Cream butter until light and fluffy. Stir in cocoa, powdered sugar, and cream. Spread on top of cooled brownies.
  • Top with chocolate covered pretzels and M & M's.
