Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 (11.5 ounce) can apricot or mango nectar
- 1/2 cup FRESH lime juice (about 4-5 limes)
- 2 (12 ounce) cans ginger ale (or 3 cups)
Instruction
- Combine pineapple juice, cranberry juice, nectar and lime juice. Store in fridge until ready to mix. Make sure your ginger ale is chilled as well.
- When ready to serve, add ginger ale. Or, if desired, mix individual servings using two parts juice to one part ginger ale.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices and mango shapes, if desired (see blog post for mango instructions.
