Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 jars sundried tomato pesto
- 1/2 lb pancetta
- 1 - 16 ounce penne pasta (one box)
Instruction
- Cut pancetta in to squares and add to deep skillet.
- Cook until pancetta is browned or looks like bacon.
- Add in sundried tomato pesto. Stir well. This will incorporate the smoky flavor.
- Boil pasta as directed on the box. Drain.
- Toss pasta with the pesto and pancetta mixture. Top with grated Parmesan.
