Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 zucchini (peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instruction

  • Toss all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Place in a bowl and serve with your favorite veggies.
  • Store in the refrigerator up to 10 days in a sealed container.
