Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 zucchini (peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instruction
- Toss all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Place in a bowl and serve with your favorite veggies.
- Store in the refrigerator up to 10 days in a sealed container.
