Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 oz. vegan cream cheese (- I used Tofutti)
- 4 oz. vegan cheddar (- I used Follow Your Heart)
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 sliced almonds
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients except the sliced almonds in a food processor. Place in plastic wrap forming a ball. Twist the end to create a seal. Place in a bowl in the fridge to set.
- Once cooled, roll the ball in sliced almonds and serve.
