Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 oz. vegan cream cheese (- I used Tofutti)
  • 4 oz. vegan cheddar (- I used Follow Your Heart)
  • 1/4 cup  sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 sliced almonds

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients except the sliced almonds in a food processor. Place in plastic wrap forming a ball. Twist the end to create a seal. Place in a bowl in the fridge to set.
  • Once cooled, roll the ball in sliced almonds and serve.
