Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 50 ml Light Rum (I used Angostura)
  • 50 ml Gold Rum (I used Havana Club Anejo Especial)
  • 25 ml Kumquat Liqueur
  • 50 ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 25 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard to emulsify the egg white.
  • Open the shaker, add ice, and shake hard for at least 30 seconds to really make it foamy.
  • Double strain into a large cocktail glass and enjoy!
