Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 50 ml Light Rum (I used Angostura)
- 50 ml Gold Rum (I used Havana Club Anejo Especial)
- 25 ml Kumquat Liqueur
- 50 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 25 ml Pineapple Juice
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Egg White
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard to emulsify the egg white.
- Open the shaker, add ice, and shake hard for at least 30 seconds to really make it foamy.
- Double strain into a large cocktail glass and enjoy!
