Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 2 cup red grape
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 cup strawberry (chopped)
- 1 cup mango (chopped)
- 5 kiwi (sliced or chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh squeeze orange juice
- 1 fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Fresh mint (chopped)
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
Instruction
- Combine all the fruits in a large bowl. Mix everything together until combine.
- In a small mason jar, add all the ingredients for the dressing. Mix all together. pour on top of the salad.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
- Just before serving, add some fruit salad in a glass.
- Top with 1 tbsp of Greek Yogurt, one cherry and garnish with mint.
