Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 8 oz wheel brie (soft-ripened cheese)
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup chopped apples (peel on)
  • 1/4 cup golden pecan halves
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • Favorite crackers (we served Lesely Stowe and La Panzanella Gluten-Free Rosemary Oat Thins
  • Fresh summer fruit (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cut the top off the brie, making a lid. Add the dried ingredients. Place the top back on.
  • Place the brie on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper, and drizzle with the honey. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it starts to ooze, but not melt.
  • Serve with crackers and fresh fruit.
