Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 8 oz wheel brie (soft-ripened cheese)
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup chopped dates
- 1/4 cup chopped apples (peel on)
- 1/4 cup golden pecan halves
- 4 tablespoons honey
- Favorite crackers (we served Lesely Stowe and La Panzanella Gluten-Free Rosemary Oat Thins
- Fresh summer fruit (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut the top off the brie, making a lid. Add the dried ingredients. Place the top back on.
- Place the brie on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper, and drizzle with the honey. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it starts to ooze, but not melt.
- Serve with crackers and fresh fruit.
