Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • Bel fruit (Golden apple or Bilva fruit - 70gm)
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 to 3 tbs
  • Chat masala - 1/2 tsp tsp
  • Water- 150ml

Instruction

  • Soak Bel fruit pulp in 100ml water for 5 minutes. Mash pulp in water by using fingers. Now strain it to remove seeds.
  • Pour sieved mixture into a blending jar.
  • Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar, chat Masala into the bel mixture.
  • Blend it for half minute.
  • Strain tge mixture through a sieve.
  • Now take 2 tablespoon prepared mixture into serving glass, add water and stir it.
  • Bel ka Sharbat is ready to serve.
