Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 156ml tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp or one small diced green chili pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce to a simmer and stirring regularly reduce for 8-10 minutes until it becomes a sauce texture.
  • Coat desired meat and cook as regular, or put in a sealed container to use later.
