Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 8 inch pound cake
  • 1 Pastry Cream Recipe
  • 1 cup whole/whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 medium nectarines chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instruction

  • Make the Italian Pastry Cream (the one with the milk and cream "our favourite") and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
