Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 200 g thick Greek yogurt
- 2-3 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 fresh strawberries
- 1/2 punnet (75g blueberries)
- 10 fresh raspberries
- 10 bamboo or plastic skewers
Instruction
- First make up the dip; Measure the yogurt into a bowl. Add the vanilla extract and 1-2 tsp honey to taste.
- Stir really well until the ingredients are combined and the yogurt is smooth.
- Transfer the yogurt to a serving bowl, then drizzle another teaspoon of honey over the top.
- Once the dip is ready, make up the skewers.
- Hull the strawberries. Thread blueberries, strawberries and raspberries onto your skewers. You can follow a pattern or pop them onto the sticks any way you like!
- Place the bowl of dip and berry skewers on a serving plate or platter and serve immediately.
