Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 200 g thick Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 punnet (75g blueberries)
  • 10 fresh raspberries
  • 10 bamboo or plastic skewers

Instruction

  • First make up the dip; Measure the yogurt into a bowl. Add the vanilla extract and 1-2 tsp honey to taste.
  • Stir really well until the ingredients are combined and the yogurt is smooth.
  • Transfer the yogurt to a serving bowl, then drizzle another teaspoon of honey over the top.
  • Once the dip is ready, make up the skewers.
  • Hull the strawberries. Thread blueberries, strawberries and raspberries onto your skewers. You can follow a pattern or pop them onto the sticks any way you like!
  • Place the bowl of dip and berry skewers on a serving plate or platter and serve immediately.
