Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • ½ large red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ½ tsp sumac powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and massage into the onions.
  • Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
