The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 175 g butter
- 115 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 230 g self-raising flour
- 1 lemon rind grated
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup milk
Instruction
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, self-raising flour and lemon rind.
- Add milk until it becomes a porridge like consistency.
- Add sultanas and mix well.
- Bake for 12 minutes on 210C.
