The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 175 g butter
  • 115 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 230 g self-raising flour
  • 1 lemon rind grated
  • 1 cup sultanas
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instruction

  • Cream the butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs, self-raising flour and lemon rind.
  • Add milk until it becomes a porridge like consistency.
  • Add sultanas and mix well.
  • Bake for 12 minutes on 210C.
