Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Devil's Food Cake (Sugar Free, see post for details)
  • 1 box Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding
  • 4 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 3/4 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 325. Prep a  Bundt Pan  well for nonstick.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine together the cake and pudding mixes. Then on low speed, mix in the eggs, water, oil and vanilla extract. Increase the speed to medium and mix for another two minutes.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips by hand and then transfer the mix to your bundt pan. Bake the cake for 60-65 minutes. To test the 'doneness' of this cake, use a toothpick in several areas testing for the toothpick to come clean in more than one of these areas. The chocolate chips that have melted could give the cake a false negative completion which is why we test in more than one place.
