Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Sugar Free Pie Crust (see post for recipe and details.)
  • 1 Sugar Free Strawberry Jello (-see post for details)
  • ⅔ cup Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Ice Water
  • 1 tub Sugar Free Frozen Whipped Topping-

Instruction

  • Prepare the crust as indicated in the instructions (or you can use a store bought crust instead ).
  • Boil water and prepare ice water that is needed to make this recipe. Place the powdered Jello into a heat safe mixing bowl. Then carefully add the boiling water and whisk this until totally dissolved (two to three minutes).
  • Slowly add the ice water while whisking . When the mixture begins to thicken you can add the whipped topping from the container.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 20-30 minutes to thicken. Remove the thickened mixture from the refrigerator and transfer it to the prepared pie crust, evenly distributing it. Cover and refrigerate the pie until set (about four to five hours).
