Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 3 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Swerve confectioners sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons Torani sugar free raspberry syrup
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry extract

Instruction

  • In a large jar add the water, lemon juice, sweetener, rapsberry extract and Torani syrup.
  • Mix well and then stir in the chia seeds.
  • Refrigerate for an hour or two for the seeds to absorb the lemonade.
  • Mix frequently to keep the seeds from clumping together.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to drink.
