Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ½ cup Almond Meal
- ¼ cup Sugar Free Syrup (- maple flavor)
- 3 tbsp Almond Butter
- ⅓ cup Pumpkin Puree
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract (- pure)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Cloves
- ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
Instruction
- Line a plate or rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor.
- Give the processor a few pulses and then process the ingredient until a loose dough forms.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the individual balls and roll them between your hands if needed. Place the balls on the lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the balls until set.
