Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 0.5 cup butter
- 4 Tbsps clear honey (plus extra for brushing)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 0.5 cup chopped Walnut
Instruction
- Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/ 350°F/gas 4. Line a large baking tray with baking parchment.
- Gently melt the butter and honey in a pan over a low heat. Remove from the heat and add the bicarbonate of soda.
- Put the flour, oats and walnuts in a mixing bowl and stir in the honey mixture until blended. Allow to cool slightly.
- Place 10 equal heaps of the mixture onto the baking tray and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. While still warm brush a little honey onto each biscuit. Leave to cool.
