  • 1 eggs - medium (medium)
  • 125 g berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (or more to your taste)
  • 80 ml water
  • 200 g desiccated/shredded coconut (unsweetened )
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (or more to your taste)
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted (see recipe notes))
