- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (or more to your taste)
- 80 ml water
- 200 g desiccated/shredded coconut (unsweetened )
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice (or more to your taste)
- 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted (see recipe notes))
