Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ¼ cups Flour (-see post for alternatives)
- ¾ cup Splenda (-see post for alternatives)
- ⅔ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 12 ounces Sugar Free Dr. Pepper (-see post for alternatives)
- ½ cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 325 and prep a square pan for nonstick. I use Parchment Paper that overhangs the sides of the pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, use a whisk or a fork to mix together the flour, sugar alternative, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Then stir in the soda. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake the brownies for 35-40 minutes or until the center appears to start setting and the edges start to pull away from the pan. Using the toothpick method may not be so accurate when you are adding chocolate chips so you may want to check in more than one place. Keep in mind that we are not using eggs in this recipe as well.
