The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

- handful of roasted almonds
- optional: you can also add other kinds of nuts or even dried cranberries
Instruction
- You will need the following cooking equipment:: Small saucepan, Whisk, Cling film, Small airtight container (preferably square), Chefs knife + cutting board
- Line the airtight container with cling film and set it aside. Roughly chop the almonds or other nuts using a chef's knife and cutting board. Heat up coconut oil in a small saucepan and let it melt slowly.
- Use a whisk to stir in the cocoa powder, mix well until you've reached a smooth mixture. Remove the small saucepan from the heat before adding the agave syrup, this step is important to keep the mixture smooth.
- Adding the agave while the mixture is still on the heat will result in a thickened mixture and that's not what we want. Sugar-free dark chocolate bites
- Add almonds, cranberries or other nuts to the mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared container and refrigerate until firm. This will take about an hour, or speed it up by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
