Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 cups cranberries, (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/4 cups Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, (powdered)
- 1/2 cup orange juice, (unsweetened)
- zest from one organic orange or tangerine
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 pinch ground cloves
- 1 cup blueberries, (fresh or frozen (optional))
Instruction
- Combine the cranberries, Monkfruit sweetener and orange juice in a medium pot.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer until cranberries pop. Add blueberries, then remove from heat.
- Stir in zest, cinnamon and cloves.
- Cranberries contain lots of natural pectin so this sauce will thicken as it cools.
- This sauce can be made up to a week in advance. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
