Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 cups cranberries, (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 1/4 cups Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, (powdered)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, (unsweetened)
  • zest from one organic orange or tangerine
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 cup blueberries, (fresh or frozen (optional))

Instruction

  • Combine the cranberries, Monkfruit sweetener and orange juice in a medium pot.
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer until cranberries pop. Add blueberries, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in zest, cinnamon and cloves.
  • Cranberries contain lots of natural pectin so this sauce will thicken as it cools.
  • This sauce can be made up to a week in advance. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
