Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Cups Hazelnuts (-Roasted and Skinned)
  • 1 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil (-if needed)

Instruction

  • If hazelnuts are not roasted and skinned, do so by roasting them in a 350 oven for 15-18 minutes. Allow them to somewhat cool and then remove the skins
  • Place the hazelnuts in your food processor or blender and process until smooth. This will take a few minutes to puree until the hazelnuts become like a smooth paste. As mentioned, you can use a food processor or a strong blender (I use a Vitamix).
  • Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the processor or blender. Add the remaining ingredients except for the oil. Puree until combined to the desired texture. The oil can be added as needed to adjust the texture of your spread
