Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 cup Water
- ⅔ cup Swerve brown sugar substitute
- ⅓ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
Instruction
- Place the water, brown sugar substitute, confectioners sugar substitute and cinnamon sticks into a saucepan over medium high heat on the stove.
- Whisk to combine, and heat until just before boiling. The mixture should thicken enough to lightly coat the back of a spoon that is dipped into it.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let the mixture sit for 1 hour to thicken.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and store the mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
