Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500 ml coconut cream (full fat)
- 250 ml natural unsweetened yoghurt (unsweetened)
- 3 tbsp granulated sweetener, of choice (or more to your taste)
- 120 g frozen berries
- 1 tsp berry essence
- 50 g 90% dark chocolate ((optional) to decorate)
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients apart from the dark chocolate, into the blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth then pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer to freeze solid.
- Remove the frozen sugar free berry popsicles from their molds and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
