Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 ml coconut cream (full fat)
  • 250 ml natural unsweetened yoghurt (unsweetened)
  • 3 tbsp granulated sweetener, of choice (or more to your taste)
  • 120 g frozen berries
  • 1 tsp berry essence
  • 50 g 90% dark chocolate ((optional) to decorate)

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients apart from the dark chocolate, into the blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth then pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer to freeze solid.
  • Remove the frozen sugar free berry popsicles from their molds and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
