Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 cups Oats
- 3/4 cup Splenda
- 3/4 cup Surkin Gold
- 2 cups Sugar Free Almond Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 325. Prep a baking pan with parchment and then for nonstick.
- Next, in a mixing bowl blend together the butter with the sugars. Once this is creamed you can blend in the almond butter.
- For the next step, we will add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl. Do this by adding half of the dry ingredients at a time, stirring between additions. Then mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- You have three options for adding the chocolate chips. You can fold in the chocolate chips, add half of the batter to the prepared pan then the chips and then the remaining batter to make three layers, or you can divide the chocolate chips saving 1/2 cup to place on top of the batter before you place the pan into the oven (for a melted chocolate topping).
- Bake this for 25-30 minutes or until set. Your bars will become less soft if you allow them to bake too long (some folks prefer it this way). Allow your bars to cool before your cut them into squares
