The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 8 ounce cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 12 ¼ oz granulated sugar ((1 ¾ cups))
  • 4 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 9 ½ oz all-purpose flour ((2 1/4 cups))
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 egg whites
  • 18.66 oz granulated sugar ((2 2/3 cups))
  • 1 1/3 lbs unsalted butter (soft but still cool)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • regal purple gel food coloring (I used Americolor Regal Purple & Electric Purple)
  • Green Gel food coloring (I used Americolor Leaf Green)
  • 16 oz purple sanding sugar ((not all will be used on the cake))
  • royal icing daisy flowers
  • Chocolate Easter figurines
  • Jelly beans or chocolate eggs
  • Other Easter candies as desired
