Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups crumbled sugar cookies
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz. white candy melts, melted

Instruction

  • Crumble sugar cookies into a large bowl. Mix with softened cream cheese until combined. Roll cookie mixture into balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Melt candy melts according to package directions, stirring until fully melted and smooth. Dip each cookie truffle into the melted chocolate and set onto plates.
  • Refrigerate for another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
