The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups crumbled sugar cookies
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz. white candy melts, melted
Instruction
- Crumble sugar cookies into a large bowl. Mix with softened cream cheese until combined. Roll cookie mixture into balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt candy melts according to package directions, stirring until fully melted and smooth. Dip each cookie truffle into the melted chocolate and set onto plates.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
