Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • Salt - & pepper
  • 4 pound(s) pork loin
  • 1/2 cup(s) honey
  • 1/4 cup(s) each - orange juice & olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
  • 3/4 - 1 cup(s) chicken broth

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Rinse and pat dry loin. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over. In a roaster, add chicken broth. Place seasoned pork loin in roaster. I use my clay roaster.
  • Mix together juice, honey, thyme and oil, then pour over the pork.
  • Bake for 3 - 3 1/2 hours, or 45 minutes per pound - basting each half hour until pork is tender and cooked through.
  • Place juices in a saucepan and reduce if preferred to pour over sliced pork. yum!
