  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley

  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme (sticks discarded)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
