Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups chopped chicken (cooked)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped water chestnuts
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- a bunch of cherry tomatoes
Instruction
- Chop all vegetables and place in large bowl Cut chicken into small chunks/or finer (your preference) Add chicken and mayonnaise to large bowl Add salt and pepper; stir Wash the tomatoes Cut the top of the tomato and scoop out the inside with a grapefruit spoon Stuff with chicken salad
