Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups chopped chicken (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup of chopped water chestnuts
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • a bunch of cherry tomatoes

Instruction

  • Chop all vegetables and place in large bowl Cut chicken into small chunks/or finer (your preference) Add chicken and mayonnaise to large bowl Add salt and pepper; stir Wash the tomatoes Cut the top of the tomato and scoop out the inside with a grapefruit spoon Stuff with chicken salad
