  • 1/2 cup rice, basmati
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar (brown)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
