- 1 pound beef (ground chuck)
- ½ cup white rice (cooked)
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- 16 ounce canned tomato sauce
- ¾ cup beef broth
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- sour cream (to taste, for serving (optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED))
- red wine vinegar (to taste, for serving (optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED))
