  • 1 pound beef (ground chuck)
  • ½ cup white rice (cooked)
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • 16 ounce canned tomato sauce
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • sour cream (to taste, for serving (optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED))
  • red wine vinegar (to taste, for serving (optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED))
