Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, (Vegenaise or your favourite mayonnaise)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 medium green onions, (finely sliced)
  • 1 clove garlic, (finely minced or grated)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice, (plus more for brushing on avocado halves)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp capers, (drained and chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp celery seeds
  • coarse sea salt (to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 medium avocados, (halved, seed removed)

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients except avocados together in a small bowl.
  • Add a generous dollop of dip to each avocado half, top with a little more cracked pepper and chopped parsley and serve immediately.
