Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup mayonnaise, (Vegenaise or your favourite mayonnaise)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 medium green onions, (finely sliced)
- 1 clove garlic, (finely minced or grated)
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice, (plus more for brushing on avocado halves)
- 1 1/2 tbsp capers, (drained and chopped)
- 1/4 tsp celery seeds
- coarse sea salt (to taste)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 4 medium avocados, (halved, seed removed)
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients except avocados together in a small bowl.
- Add a generous dollop of dip to each avocado half, top with a little more cracked pepper and chopped parsley and serve immediately.
