Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Oil
- 8 small Camembert
- 8 tsps lingonberry Jam
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups white breadcrumbs
Instruction
- Heat a deep-fat fryer to 180°C | 350F. Alternatively heat some oil in a large, deep pan. The oil is hot enough when bubbles form on a wooden spoon held in the oil.
- Cut lids off the Camemberts and scoop out some of the cheese. Add a teaspoon of jam and replace the lids.
- Drag the cheeses through the beaten egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs. Press the crumbs on firmly and fry in the hot oil for around 5 min. Pat dry on kitchen paper and then serve.
