The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1 pound(s) beef for tacos
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cumin
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/2 large onion, diced small
  • bunch(es) cilantro, diced
  • 3 - limes
  • - corn tortillas
  • 1 can(s) ranchera salsa

Instruction

  • Heat up oil and brown your diced beef seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and garlic powder. I squeeze one of the limes while cooking all over meat add to the flavor.
  • While meat is cooking, dice up your toppings - onions, cilantro, and limes.
  • Then put together the tacos. Warm up tortillas on comal (or in a skillet). Add your meat and toppings. I always add some ranchera salsa.
