- 1 pound(s) beef for tacos
- 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) cumin
- 1 tablespoon(s) dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/2 large onion, diced small
- bunch(es) cilantro, diced
- 3 - limes
- - corn tortillas
- 1 can(s) ranchera salsa
Instruction
- Heat up oil and brown your diced beef seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and garlic powder. I squeeze one of the limes while cooking all over meat add to the flavor.
- While meat is cooking, dice up your toppings - onions, cilantro, and limes.
- Then put together the tacos. Warm up tortillas on comal (or in a skillet). Add your meat and toppings. I always add some ranchera salsa.
