Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound cake
  • 5.1 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries

Instruction

  • Slice pound cake and 2 pints of strawberries. Set to the side.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 5.1 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 ½ cup water, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes.
  • Mix in 12 ounces cool whip or whipped topping.
  • Add half of the pound cake to trifle dish. Layer on half of the pudding mixture.
  • Top with sliced strawberries.
  • Add remaining half of pound cake, and layer on remaining pudding mixture, then finish with sliced strawberries on top.
  • Chill 2 or more hours before serving.
