Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 heaping cup fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a blender (in the order listed.) Put the lid on.
  • Blend until smooth and your desired consistency is reached. (Adding a touch more milk if it's too thick or a few more pieces of fruit if it's too thin.)
  • Poor into glasses. Garnish with a fresh strawberry, if desired.
  • Enjoy!
